Reporting: Three photos per grille as per above using state of the art mobile data capture software. Real-time electronic reporting, no paperwork on site, no photo processing or admin errors.

Management: Weekly progress reporting of grilles cleaned by room, % completion, access issues to rooms and look ahead to following week / communicate to dept managers .  

Tracking: Last clean / Next clean dates are logged with early reminders of next visit.
